Wet Waste & Oil Interceptors

Waste collected from interceptors and bund walls are classified as hazardous waste, which is why, as a registered waste carrying company, here at Redstripe we can ensure all our interceptor emptying services are carried out with the correct care and efficiency required by the Environmental Agency.

Wet waste interceptors are primarily required on sites where any oil or fuel may have fallen from vehicles or commercial plants. We assure that all of our collected waste is filtered and recycled at recycling centres registered with the Environment Agency, and we will handle all of the administration process, giving you a full paperwork trail from cradle to grave, allowing you to fully comply with the waste regulations.

Tank Bunds & Bundwalls

Bundwalls are sealed areas built around the tank and are designed to catch any liquid that may leak from the tank or any associated pipework. Both interceptors and tank bunds should be emptied on a regular basis to prevent a build-up of oil flowing through the outlet. To tackle this, Redstripe offer service contracts for all our customers throughout Northampton, Leicester, Kettering, and the surrounding areas, a suitable emptying schedule.
